  1. Preheat slow cooker setting to sauté and add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and sear until brown.
  2. Add garlic, onion, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, and salt, and sauté until tender and fragrant (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add Chocolate di Torino Dark Balsamic Vinegar, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth. Stir to combine.
  4. Change settings from sauté to slow cook. Cover and continue to cook for 2 hours.
  5. To serve, divide chili between bowls and top with your favourite toppings!
