Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chipotle EVOO
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 (per person) garlic cloves peeled and minced
- 1 (per person) medium yellow onion peeled and minced
- 1 (per person) red bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 (per person) green bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Chocolate di Torino Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 15 oz canned corn kernels
- 1 15 oz canned black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- avocado (optional topping)
- red onions (optional topping)
- cheddar cheese (optional topping)
- sour cream (optional topping)
- scallions (optional topping)

Instructions
- Preheat slow cooker setting to sauté and add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and sear until brown.
- Add garlic, onion, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, and salt, and sauté until tender and fragrant (2-3 minutes).
- Add Chocolate di Torino Dark Balsamic Vinegar, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth. Stir to combine.
- Change settings from sauté to slow cook. Cover and continue to cook for 2 hours.
- To serve, divide chili between bowls and top with your favourite toppings!
