Seafood Dip
Ingredients

West Coast Select Pâté
crab, salmon, or lobster (available at dressed by an Olive)
100
g
cream cheese
(we recommend Arla organic cream cheese)
1
tbsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
(or more to taste)
capers
(optional)
Artisan Sel Gris
(available at dressed by an Olive)
1
tbsp
fresh chopped herbs
(crab: tarragon, salmon: dill, lobster: parsley)
Instructions
Open and the drain the liquid from the pâté package.
Mix the pâté and cream cheese together thoroughly.
Add your fresh herbs of choice.
Add lemon juice and mix again. (add more lemon juice and/or capers to taste) Note: Adding capers will give this dip texture and tang.
Serve with a hearty rye cracker such as Finn Crisp and/or Stonewall Sea Salt Crackers (both available at dressed by an Olive)
