Ingredients
- 1 West Coast Select Pâté crab, salmon, or lobster (available at dressed by an Olive)
- 100 g cream cheese (we recommend Arla organic cream cheese)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (or more to taste)
- capers (optional)
- Artisan Sel Gris (available at dressed by an Olive)
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped herbs (crab: tarragon, salmon: dill, lobster: parsley)

Instructions
- Open and the drain the liquid from the pâté package.
- Mix the pâté and cream cheese together thoroughly.
- Add your fresh herbs of choice.
- Add lemon juice and mix again. (add more lemon juice and/or capers to taste) Note: Adding capers will give this dip texture and tang.
- Serve with a hearty rye cracker such as Finn Crisp and/or Stonewall Sea Salt Crackers (both available at dressed by an Olive)
