Sautéed Sweet Potatoes

sweet potatoes

Arbequina EVOO
4
tbsp
Maple Bourbon Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Dice sweet potatoes into small cubes.
In a pot, boil diced sweet potatoes for 10-15 minutes until they are still somewhat firm. Remove from water and strain.
In a frying pan, heat Arbequina EVOO and sauté sweet potatoes on high heat until slightly charred.
Just before removing sweet potatoes from heat, drizzle with Maple Bourbon Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
Plate sweet potatoes and drizzle again with Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
