  1. In a food processor or Vitamix, purée Cilantro & Red Onion EVOO, tahini, and lemon juice for about a minute.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend until creamy.
  3. Serve chilled or right away! Garnish hummus with fresh cilantro and minced onion for a refreshing touch!
