Hummus
Ingredients

canned garbanzo beans
(chickpeas)

cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
tahini
1
tsp
minced garlic

tbsp
Cilantro & Red Onion EVOO
1/2
tsp
ground cumin
6
cracks
fresh ground salt
(twist salt grinder 6x)
3
tbsp
water
1
dash
paprika
minced onion
(optional garnish)
fresh cilantro
(optional garnish)
Instructions
In a food processor or Vitamix, purée Cilantro & Red Onion EVOO, tahini, and lemon juice for about a minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend until creamy.
Serve chilled or right away! Garnish hummus with fresh cilantro and minced onion for a refreshing touch!
