Ingredients
- 1 15 oz canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Cilantro & Red Onion EVOO
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 6 cracks fresh ground salt (twist salt grinder 6x)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 dash paprika
- minced onion (optional garnish)
- fresh cilantro (optional garnish)

Instructions
- In a food processor or Vitamix, purée Cilantro & Red Onion EVOO, tahini, and lemon juice for about a minute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend until creamy.
- Serve chilled or right away! Garnish hummus with fresh cilantro and minced onion for a refreshing touch!
