Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Garlic EVOO
- 2 tbsp Dill EVOO
- 4 tbsp Thyme White Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic (Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar substitute)
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- pinch crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/2 per person red cabbage cut into wedges
- 1/2 per person green cabbage cut into wedges
- fresh parsley for garnish
- fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Garlic EVOO, Dill EVOO, Thyme (Oregano) White Balsamic Vinegar, grain mustard, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes until combined.
- Add cabbage wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Transfer seasoned wedges to a large baking sheet. Drizzle cabbage wedges with any remaining sauce from the bowl.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and dill before serving.
