  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Combine wet ingredients of zucchini, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, spices, baking soda, and powder.
  4. Fold the dry mix into the wet mixture.
  5. Pour batter into a pre-buttered loaf pan (you can also oil the pan).
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out cleanly.
