Endive leaves with basil olive oil whipped goat cheese, caramelized walnuts and drizzled with honey!

Ingredients
- endive leaves
- goat cheese softened
- Basil Infused Olive Oil (available at dressed by an Olive)
- walnut pieces
- honey (Hawksview honey available at dressed by an Olive)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the softened goat cheese and Basil olive oil together until smooth. Taste the mixture and add salt and black pepper as needed. dressed by an Olive tip: Blending these two ingredients together elevates the texture and taste!
- Place whipped goat cheese in a piping bag with a plain tip or Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off, and pipe a quarter sized dollop onto the thick end of each endive leaf. Place a walnut half on top of cheese and drizzle each with honey. Arrange on a platter and enjoy!
