Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp dried sage
- 3 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup Veganaise (vegan "mayo")
- 3 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
- Put chickpeas into a food processor and pulse until chopped.
- In a large bowl, add chickpeas, celery, onion, cranberries, and herbs.
- Mix in Veganaise and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
