Place your clean, sliced strawberries into a bowl.
Sprinkle it with dark brown sugar.
Note: Use 2 tbsp of sugar for every cup of strawberries. The amount of sugar depends no how ripe your fruit is and how sweet you want your fruit.
Pour 1 to 2 tbsp of Dark Balsamic Strawberry Whole Fruit Vinegar over the strawberries.
Optional: Add fresh lemon zest and black pepper to a little zip to your strawberries!
Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge.
